Would you consider making a donation to the
AWC Antiques Winter Carnival
The Antiques Winter Carnival will feature licensed appraiser Jon Felz from R.Z.M. Fine Arts & Antiques, Inc. to evaluate your items from home and let you know their age, value and authenticity for a charge of $5 per item. We will also have a Chinese Auction with various items, including a chance to win a free night’s stay at the beautiful Millbrook Country House in upstate NY where you’ll have an opportunity to visit all the wonderful antique shops in the area. The Antiques Winter Carnival will also have approx. 30 antiques vendors on site selling everything from jewelry to furniture. The event will take place on Sat. January 12, 2008 from 11am-4pm at Guardian Angel Church 320 Franklin Tpke. Allendale, NJ. Food will also be available for purchase and a $5 entrance fee will be charged with all proceeds going to charity.
The Allendale Woman’s Club is a volunteer organization of over 60 women dedicated to helping our community. For this event, we have chosen The DACKKS Group as our primary beneficiary and they will receive half of the proceeds. They are a Bergen County-based foundation whose mission is to “provide Supportive Housing Development, to expand the supply of affordable and supportive permanent and transitional housing for the homeless and special needs populations.” To find out more about the DACKKS Group and their wonderful work log onto www.dackksgroup.org. The balance of the proceeds will be donated to local charities and/or community needs.
We have enclosed a donation/advertising reservation form for your review. Simply complete and return the form indicating whether you would like to place an ad in our program or donate an antique for our Chinese auction. All donations are acknowledged in the show’s program guide and are tax deductible. In addition, advertising in our program offers added exposure for your company.
